Do you charge for delivery?
Essential Rentals offers free delivery and pick up of rental items to all Cape Cod locations from June 1st - September 30 provided your order is placed at more than 7 days prior to arrival (i.e. an order for Saturday delivery must be placed by midnight on the previous FRIDAY).
Last minute orders (within 7 days of delivery), and all orders for delivery between October 1 - May 31 must add a $15.00 handling charge. Second deliveries are also subject to the $15.00 fee.
Is your crib really full size?
ABSOLUTELY! Our solid wood crib is a full size sleeping crib (not a pack 'n play, though we rent those too) with an industry standard 28" x 52" sleep surface. This solid crib features hardwood parts that are sanded smooth with rounded ends; non-toxic finish;
and double-action, locking hinges which allow the crib to be easily folded so that you can easily move it to the room of your choice.
What if I have to cancel my order?
Orders cancelled more than one week prior to delivery will receive a full refund. From October 1 - May 31, if you cancel with less than 7 days notice, a 50% refund will be issued. From June 1 - September 30, if you cancel with less than 7 days notice, an in-store credit will be issued only. As of delivery day we cannot offer refunds but will be glad to make exchanges for items of comparable value.
Can I order items last minute?
Due to our volume of deliveries, any last minute orders placed for delivery within7 days of arrival are subject to a $15.00 handling fee.
Can we pick up our rental items?
No. Essential Rentals delivers and picks up all rental items on the days of your arrival and departure.
When will my items be delivered?
We Deliver Any Day of the WEEK! We will make every effort deliver your rental items by 7:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Most of our deliveries are on Saturday and Sunday, so if your items have not arrived by 7:30, please call our office at 1-877-377-3685. Keep in mind that if we were not able to gain access to your property, your items may be “hiding” in a secure spot.
To guarantee delivery before 3:00 pm on your arrival date, select the
"Express Delivery" option ($25.00 additional fee).
You do not have to be present for us to deliver your rental equipment. Your items will be left in a protected area whenever possible, except hotel and condo orders which will be left inside. Please leave your rental items outside of your rental when you depart.
What happens if I lose a rental item?
For all rentals, you will be charged for any missing or damaged items. We often offer used equipment for sale at greatly reduced prices – simply give us a call at 508.398.3685.

We have made it very easy for you to make a rental reservation. You may order

To order by phone, fax or mail, simply place your order online and select "Phone/Fax" as your payment method at checkout. Your order will be displayed for you to print and mail or fax to us!
For best availability, please place your order at 2 weeks prior to your check-in day. Availability cannot be guaranteed without payment.
